Book Marketing Assistant (Full-Time Position)

We are looking for a highly organized book marketer for our growing book publishing company.

Requirements:

  • Impeccable English speaking and writing skills
  • Obsessively organized

  • Willing to constantly raise the bar and grow (Best is our standard—nothing less will do)

The Position:

  • Manage and implement book marketing outreach campaigns
    • Search online to find new leads each week who might be interested in reviewing or promoting our books
    • Track all leads and results using our spreadsheet system
    • Create and implement unique outreach campaigns for each book
  • Do keyword research to find the ideal keywords to use for PPC advertising for our books
    • Implement, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns

KPIs

We will hold you accountable to:

  • Find 300 new leads each week
  • Generate at least 5 new blog reviews, mentions, and/or interview opportunities for our authors each week
  • Maintain at least a 200% ROAS every month

This is a full-time, virtual (remote) position.

You can work from anywhere as long as you have access to high-speed internet, Zoom video chat, and a phone.
